Nancy Jo had recommended this one to me a while back—a movie version of it had just come out at the time (which I haven't seen). It's a children's book about the consequences and implications of immortality. Without telling too much of the plot (since the book itself is quite short), I will say that it's about Winnie Foster, a young girl who finds out one summer what it means to live forever, and is called upon to make some difficult decisions.
