First& Fifteenth: Pop Art Short Stories - Steve Powers
Not exactly a comic book, but it's closer to it than anything else. This is a collection of very short stories done in a flat poster-art style, with sign lettering in place of dialogue or narration. It's hard to describe. The stories are just little vignettes; my favorite is the very short "Friday at the Theftway."
